Resolving Dual Display problem with ATI Cards in ubuntu


Open AMD Catalyst Control Center using this command
$sudo amdcccle

Go to Display manager > There you can see your monitors

Click on the monitor you wish to setup dual display to

Go to Multiple Screen Tab

Change the display mode to your choice

Apply this and restart

Centralized package delivery is always considered to be a great feature of any OS.
